War Video Games by James
You’ve been wanting this new war game for months. So when your mom buys it for you, the first thing you do is put it in your X-box 360 wii or ps3. Then it comes to the title. You start by picking how hard you want it. You pick easy. So you start in a boat. You look down and say “What the heck? Where’s my legs?” Then your health bar is on the screen with how much ammo you have and the radar. Then the boat explodes. You get on the beach and you see some one get shot in the head. You look. There’s no blood! Heck there’s no hole. Suddenly you die, then you have to restart from a check point. After all that, you look at some of the soldiers faces. What the heck! They all look the same and they all look like they’re smiling. The worst part is they look clean after all that fighting. Then another soldier dies. His body disappears after 3 seconds. This is not what war is in real life. War is you don’t get to pick the difficulty. It’s always hard! You don’t have a health bar! You don’t have radar or an ammo bar! War is gory and very violent. If someone gets shot in the head, there will be blood and there will be a hole and after the battle they don’t look the same. They would be filthy. They would have bad injuries and if someone dies their body will stay there and rot unless you get it removed. If you die it’s game over forever! The family that loved them will never see them again. War isn’t fun and no matter how fun it looks, war video games are just games! Sure, you can play the real battles in games. But remember the millions of men and woman that gave there lives for their country. So don’t forget war isn’t fun. Its serious! Remember, video game people don’t have families. So game makers can make them live die or any thing they want. Real humans can’t be controlled the way that video game people can. I’m not saying burn every war game. Just don’t base all of the events of war on video games
